Cancellation Fees
| Should the organiser need to cancel the booking, whether or not through any fault of his/her own, our cancellation terms will apply. | ||
| 1. | Cancellations and partial cancellations must be made in writing and will be charged as follows: | |
| 90 to 31 days prior to seminar start: 30 days to 1 day prior to seminar start: during the seminar: | 50% of services reserved 80% of services reserved 100% of services reserved including meals Cancellation of lunch and dinner must be made at the reception before 8.00 am daily | |
| 2. | A reduction in number of participants up to 10% is free of charge. | |
| 3. | Compensation will only be required if the reserved services cannot be sold to other parties. Partial compensation is possible. | |
